Neuropersona Behaviour or Mis-behaviour

Masks are sprinkled all through my posts as they are the simplest way to explain why a business goes right when their customers go left.  Typically marketers sell to the person behind the mask and mis-understand that it is the behaviour attached to the mask that they sould serve.

It appears that their prospects or customers mis-behave and no amount of predictive analytics or marketing models can make this right.
